LAHORE : Investigation police in Sanda claimed to have arrested three members of a notorious street crime gang involved in a series of armed robberies across the city.
According to details, the suspects identified as Ghulam Shabbir alias Khayla, Shahzad, and Saddam were apprehended during a targeted operation. Police officials revealed that the gang had been operating in residential areas and on major roads, targeting citizens at gunpoint to snatch valuables.
During the operation, the police recovered stolen mobile phones worth millions of rupees, cash, and illegal weapons from the suspects' possession. The arrested suspects are being interrogated to trace their potential accomplices and to recover additional stolen items. Police have also initiated legal proceedings against the accused.
