Sean "Diddy" Combs could possibly be adding more to his wealth as the value of his Los Angeles mansion has increased.
The Bad Boy Records founder, 55, put his Beverly Hills property up for sale in September following a raid on the home by Homeland Security. Combs was subsequently arrested on charges including sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution.
He has vehemently denied all charges against him and pleaded not guilty in court. As he remains locked up inside Brooklyn's Metropolitan Detention Center, Diddy's Holmby Hills mansion has been put up for sale at $61,500,000.

However, it looks like the rapper could make more money than that as the property is now valued at a whopping $72,176,712, according to Realtor.com.
While Diddy's home has yet to attract a buyer, it has gotten visits from curious tourists. Shortly after the musician's arrest, crowds of people were seen gathering outside the LA property. Hello! magazine reported tour operators noting an uptick in those wanting to see the mansion in the month after Combs' arrest.
Diddy purchased the 10-bedroom home for $39 million in 2014. It boasts 13 bathrooms, a bar, wine cellar, library and gym. There is also an indoor sauna, a pool and a "state-of-the-art theater" which can fit 35 people.
As per the listing, "The stunning grounds feature beautiful lawns, mature trees, formal gardens, a resort-like swimming pool with waterfall and grotto, basketball court, spa house and an outdoor covered loggia with BBQ, bar, and pizza oven."
As well as the main house, there's a two-story guest house on the grounds, which comes complete with a gym and a recording studio. However, only "prequalified clients" will get to view Diddy's home, making sure to keep any nosy fans away.
Diddy's LA home hasn't been his primary residence for years, with the music mogul establishing his primary residence on Star Island in Miami.
