Anna Camp Goes On A Very Musical Dodo Dream Date

Anna Camp is known for her musical comedy skills, so when she was set up on a Dodo Dream Date, she knew exactly how she wanted the date to go. Gwen arrived at her apartment and was immediately so excited to be there. Gwen threw herself into Anna’s arms for a hug, and that was the moment they both knew it was love at first sight.

“You are, like, actually so beautiful,” Anna said to Gwen. “I’m intimidated.”

Gwen took a moment to explore Anna’s apartment, and then they sat down together to go over the carefully planned schedule for their date. First, a dance lesson. Then, a snack. Lastly, a freestyle rap battle.

When the pair’s dance instructor, Cristina Mckeever, arrived, they got right down to it. She taught Anna some moves that incorporated Gwen’s toys so that the pup would feel included, too. As they danced, Gwen decided she had her own moves to demonstrate, and definitely seemed to be having a blast.

“I think she enjoyed the dance class,” Anna said. “I know she’s really young, but I have this really special feeling about her. She’s, like — she’s pretty magical.”

Once they were all danced out, Anna and Gwen sat down to chat and have a snack. They talked a little about music, specifically heavy metal, which is a theme of Anna’s new show, “Hysteria.”

After their snack, Anna came up with a song about Gwen — which was all about how much she loved her and what a wonderful dog she’s going to make for the right family.

“Gwen, I just want you to know I’ve had the best date in the whole world,” Anna said. “I think the best first date I’ve ever had. And whoever is going to adopt you, they’re going to be so lucky.”

Before the date wrapped up, Gwen got an additional snack of Hill’s Science Diet Adult Large Breed. Gwen is currently still looking for her forever home.
