12:14 a.m.: A Dickinson man was arrested on a Stark County warrant for Failure to Comply – Domestic Violence. He was transported to the Southwest Multi County Correction Center and held without bond.
8:16 p.m.: Katie Griffin, 32, of Dickinson was arrested on 24th Street W for two Stark County warrants for Possession with Intent to Deliver Drugs and a city of Dickinson warrant for Failure to Appear-Shoplifting. According to a Stark County criminal complaint, Griffin delivered fentanyl to a third party in exchange for money, a Class B Felony. She was also arrested for Preventing Arrest, Resisting an Officer and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Second Offense, a Class C Felony. She was transported to the Southwest Multi County Correction Center and held without bond. Tommy Adams, 38, of Dickinson was arrested for Hindering Law Enforcement, a Class A Misdemeanor.

December 2
12:30 a.m.: A hit and run accident was reported on 12th Avenue W. The suspect was unknown at the time of reporting.
2:10 p.m.: Law enforcement responded to a report of an intoxicated male found lying in the snow on Main S. A family member gave him a ride home.
9:30 p.m.: A hit and run accident was reported on 14th Street W. The suspect, Blake Herbert, was later cited for Leaving the Scene of an Accident, Immediate Notice of an Accident and Failure to Register Motor Vehicle. The suspect vehicle was located and impounded.
December 3
9:25 a.m.: A sexual assault was reported.
1:58 p.m.: Officers responded to a hit and run crash involving a pedestrian in the Walmart parking lot. A vehicle backing up struck a shopping cart being pushed by a shopper. The shopper fell and injured her knee, but did not require medical attention.
5:09 p.m.: A two-vehicle crash was reported on 23rd Avenue W which resulted in one driver being transported to the emergency room with serious injuries. The crash involved a 2024 Dodge Ram 3500 and a 2023 John Deer UTV. The incident was forwarded to the North Dakota Highway Patrol for investigation.
December 4
10:01 p.m.: Angela McCluskey, 44, of Dickinson was arrested on Museum Drive W for a Stark County warrant for Failure to Appear on a charge of Hindering Law Enforcement – Harboring. She was transported to the Southwest Multi County Correction Center.
10:45 p.m.: Jose Molina, 45, of South Heart was arrested on a Stark County warrant for Failure to Pay. He was transported to the Southwest Multi County Correction Center.

2:36 a.m.: A hit and run crash was reported on Sims. Officers were reviewing video evidence.
6:48 p.m.: A hit and run crash was reported on Third Avenue W. One of the drivers fled the scene of the accident which left minor damage.

5:04 p.m.: Law enforcement responded to a report of a hit and run that occurred at an earlier time. The incident is being investigated.
6:06 p.m.: Four juveniles were reported playing ding-dong ditch. An officer spoke to the kids who agreed to stop and go home.
7:05 p.m.: Michael Staples, 18, of Dickinson was issued a summons and complaint for Criminal Mischief.
10:12 p.m.: Law enforcement spoke with an individual at the Public Safety Center who reported her vehicle was stolen and spray painted on the inside and outside. Damages were estimated at $6,000.
9:07 p.m.: A Dickinson man was arrested for Menacing and Domestic Violence (Aggravated). He was transported to the Southwest Multi County Correction Center.
December 7
12:34 a.m.: A Richardton man was arrested for Driving Under the Influence, Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test and Preventing Arrest. He also had a Stark County warrant for Domestic Violence. He was transported to the Southwest Multi County Correction Center.
7:25 a.m.: Cody Hillyer, 33, of Dickinson, was arrested on Southview Avenue for Criminal Trespass, Refusing to Halt, and Resisting Arrest. Hillyer also had a city of Dickinson warrant for Failure to Appear Criminal Trespass and a Stark County warrant for Failure to Appear. He was transported to the Southwest Multi County Correction Center and held without bond.
9:56 a.m.: Amos Shetler, 34, of Dickinson was cited on Prairie Avenue for Immediate Notice of an Accident and Hit and Run Fixed Object Property, a Class B Misdemeanor.
1:27 p.m.: A burglary was reported on Eighth Avenue W. A person had entered a vacant house.
3:18 p.m.: A man was arrested for Domestic Violence Simple Assault, a Class B Misdemeanor.
8:30 p.m.: Taylor Copeland, 27, of Dickinson was cited for Driving Under the Influence and released due to injuries sustained in a crash. Copeland was driving South on Third Avenue W and ran a red light on Ninth Street W. A vehicle traveling West on Ninth Street W struck the driver side of Copeland’s vehicle, sending it into a light pole.

1:02 a.m.: Mackenzie Gross, 34, was arrested at Final Final on Twelfth Street W for a Stark County warrant for Revocation of Probation. Gross was convicted of Violation of Registration Requirements for Sex Offender, a Class C Felony in February. According to a Stark County Criminal Complaint, he failed to report a change of address.
8:03 a.m.: Susan Mundy, 50, of Dickinson was arrested for Harassment, a Class B Misdemeanor. She was transported to the Southwest Multi County Correction Center.
10:39 a.m.: A theft was reported on 8th Street Southwest. Packages were stolen from the entryway of an apartment building.
1:30 p.m.: Ernesto Saldana, 25, was arrested on Bab Drive for Criminal Trespass, a Class B Misdemeanor.

6:00 p.m.: A vehicle was reported vandalized on Third Avenue W. Police had no suspects at the time of reporting.
7:21 p.m.: A female reported a male pulled a gun on her at her place of employment on Third Avenue W. Officers were unable to locate the male.

1:40 p.m.: Acacia Lancaster was issued citations for Duty Upon Striking Fixture/Property, a Class B Misdemeanor and Duty Upon Striking Unattended Vehicle, a Class A Misdemeanor.

3:00 p.m.: Norbert Kessel, 84, of Dickinson was arrested on I94 W for Duty Upon Striking, a Class A Misdemeanor. He was released on a promise to appear.

4:51 a.m.: Treyton Fast Horse, 18, was arrested on Donna Lane for Aggravated Assault, a Class C Felony, Preventing Arrest on a Felony, a Class C Felony, Terrorizing, a Class C Felony, Minor in Consumption, a Class B Misdemeanor, and Resisting Officer, a Class B Misdemeanor. According to a Stark County criminal complaint, Fast Horse cut a man with a knife and threatened to kill a man. While officers were trying to arrest him, Fast Horse physically resisted and substantial force was needed to restrain him, according to the complaint. He also had an outstanding warrant for Failure to Appear – Driving Under Suspension. Fast Horse was transported to the Southwest Multi County Correction Center.
10:16 a.m.: Forty-year-old Ryan Cox was served a summons for Criminal Mischief, a Class B Misdemeanor.
1:20 p.m.: A burglary was reported on Donna Lane. An unknowns suspect broke into an occupied apartment and stole several items.
4:16 p.m.: Vandalism was reported on Donna Lane. Several mailboxes were broken into. No information on suspects or possible items taken was available.
4:19 p.m.: An injury accident was reported on Sims. A vehicle was traveling west on 24th Street W. The vehicle allegedly ran a stop sign and struck the front driver side of another vehicle. Two occupants of the vehicle that was struck were transported via ambulance for injuries. Both vehicles were towed.

2:55 a.m.: Bria Kline, 20, was arrested on Stark County warrants for Theft of Property and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia as well as a Burleigh County warrant for Conspiracy to Commit Theft. According to a Stark County criminal complaint, Kline stole between $1,000 and $10,000 from a woman, a Class C Felony.
8:37 a.m.: Thomas Cole, 70, of Dickinson, was arrested on Enterprise Avenue for an outstanding Morton County warrant for Failure to Appear. He was transported to the Southwest Multi County Correction Center.
10:11 a.m.: Jacob Trinneer, 23, of Dickinson was issued a promise to appear for Simple Assault.
11:24 a.m.: Jermaine Minter, 41, of Dickinson was served a municipal summons for Disorderly Conduct and Reckless Driving.
3:57 p.m.: Pedro Castanon Sanchez, 43, of Dickinson was arrested on Museum Drive W for an ICE Immigration Violation warrant and a Stark County warrant for Driving Under Suspension. He was transported to the Southwest Multi County Correction Center.

1:21 a.m.: Timothy Hagmeister, 21, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence following a crash on Third Avenue SW involving a parked vehicle. One driver suffered a minor injury.
12:05 p.m.: Ruben Galvan, 42, of Dickinson was arrested on Fourth Street SW for Possession of Controlled Substance. He was transported to the Southwest Multi County Correction Center.

2:25 p.m.: Multiple storage units on 23rd Avenue E were reported burglarized.
3:15 a.m.: Law enforcement collected documents in relation to an inmate that escaped. According to a Stark County criminal complaint, Chandler Wells is charged with Escape, a Class C Felony, Criminal Mischief, a Class B Misdemeanor and Theft of Property, a Class B Misdemeanor. Wells allegedly cut off a GPS unit that was required to wear while participating in a Community Supervision Program and failed to return to the Southwest Multi County Correction Center.

4:31 p.m.: Gonzales Hernandez Ranses, 21, of Dickinson was issued a summons for Disorderly Conduct.

3 p.m.: Channing Decker, 38, of Dickinson was arrested on Main S for a warrant for Failure to Appear for a Drug Paraphernalia charge. According to a Stark County criminal complaint, Decker possessed a glass smoking device with methamphetamine residue. He was transported to the Southwest Multi County Correction Center.

12:53 a.m.: Julia Moreno, 25, of Haliday, N.D., and Savannah Stockert, 23, of Dickinson, were arrested on 12th Street W for Disorderly Conduct Tumultuous Conduct/Fighting, a Class B Misdemeanor. They were transported to the Southwest Multi County Correction Center.
9:17 p.m.: Ernesto Saldana, 25, of Dickinson was arrested on Villard Street W for DUI/APC (fourth and Subsequent Offense), a Class C Felony, and Driving Under Suspension/Revocation, a Class B Misdemeanor. According to a Stark County criminal complaint, Saldana had three previous DUI convictions. He was transported to the Southwest Multi County Correction Center.

9:27 a.m.: Jaden Peiffer, 21, of Dickinson was issued a citation on First Avenue for Leaving the Scene Involving Motor Vehicle.

2:16 a.m.: A small, clear plastic bag was found in the east stairwell of Villard Commons on Villard Street W. The bag, which had white residue, was logged into evidence.
8:16 a.m.: Vandalism was reported on Elks Drive. A window was shattered.
9:56 a.m.: Vandalism was reported on Third Avenue W. Graffiti was found on a sidewalk and street pole.
2:28 p.m.: A trash dumpster on 10th Avenue E was graffitied with spray paint. Police had no suspects at the time of reporting.
2:48 p.m.: Troy Taraba, 44, of Dickinson was arrested on Third Avenue W for Refusal to Halt, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Second Offense, and Possession of Controlled Substance Second Offense. According to a Stark County criminal complaint, Taraba possessed methamphetamine and a glass smoking device. He was also found to have several warrants including one from Dunn County for DUI-Drugs, one from Montana for Possession of Dangerous Drugs and one from Stark County for Fleeing a Peace officer. He was transported to the Southwest Multi County Correction Center.
4:10 p.m.: A theft was reported on Second Street W near DSU Scott Gym. A phone was taken from a vehicle.
4:48 p.m.: Small clear plastic baggies containing a white substance were located by a person on a walk on 20th Street W. Police entered the baggies into evidence.

12:00 p.m.: A burglary on B Street was reported. Two items were missing from a resident’s home.
3:55 p.m.: Grace Christensen, 26, of Dickinson was issued a summons and complaint for Theft of Property.
10:40 p.m.: A motor vehicle was reported stolen on 14th Street E.

2:42 a.m.: A Dickinson woman was arrested for Domestic Violence Simple Assault. She was transported to the Southwest Multi County Correction Center.

8:59 a.m.: Jesse Zeller, 52, of Dickinson was arrested on the 400 Block of Broadway W for Possession of Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. A search warrant had been executed at his residence. Zeller was transported to the Southwest Multi County Correction Center.
10:54 a.m.: A burglary was reported on Fourth Avenue W. The incident is under investigation.
1:29 p.m.: Officers responded to a fight at Villard Commons on Villard Street W. Wilesky Simanca, 22, of Dickinson and Erika Marrique, 32, of Dickinson were arrested for Tumultuous Fighting. Jose Ojeda-Suarez, 24, of Dickinson was arrested for Reckless Endangerment, a Class A Misdemeanor. All three were transported to the Southwest Multi County Correction Center.
6:19 p.m.: A man was arrested for Domestic Violence – Simple Assault, a Class B Misdemeanor. He was transported to the Southwest Multi County Correction Center.
9:14 p.m.: Law Enforcement responded to a report of a blue light shining onto I-94 from a hotel room at Hawthorn Suites on Roughrider Boulevard. The light was confiscated from a minor and given to an adult.

1:44 a.m.: A hit and run was reported at Neighbors Bar on State Avenue N. Police are investigating.
11:16 a.m.: Jennifer Dail, 50, of Dickinson was arrested on Box Avenue for a warrant for Failure to Comply from a Disorderly Conduct charge. She was transported to the Southwest Multi County Correction Center.
1:15 p.m.: David Ness, 41, of Dickinson was issued a summons on B Avenue E for Disorderly Conduct.
