I loved the talking bum! Did you know that if you had grabbed that brand new ooey gooey egg up and slipped it into an egg siz box, like, say a matchbox and let it sit there for a bit - you could turn it into a squareish egg?!

OMG I grew up on a farm and did not know that there was only ONE exit for both poo & eggs (I must not have been paying attention during butchering). I actually didn't even believe you so I googled it. That would explain the need for egg washers....

I have been pecked by a chicken before for going after her chicks. Not fun. If you are not careful they can peck a piece of skin off! It was fascinating to watch this. I thought it would be a slower process, but she popped that sucker right out. Pretty cool!

I spent a lot of time as a youngster with Granddad's chickens but they never showed me how it was done!

THAT does it... I'm trading in the three dogs for three chickens. The only productive thing THEY produce is pooh... and hair to sweep... and kissy faces... and snuggles... and ball fetching... rats - talked myself out of the chickens! GREAT flick!
Totally appreciated this; reminded me of when as a child,my Nanna and I were cuddling in bed one morning and a chicken came in the bedroom, hopped on the bed and laid an egg right on our feet...we giggled the whole time but she was single minded and just got on with the job!
