Key Responsibilities:
• Triage Feature Requests and Bug Reports:
• Act as the first point of contact for all incoming feature requests, bug reports, and product updates.
• Evaluate, categorize, and prioritize tasks based on urgency, impact, and alignment with business objectives.
• Maintain an Organized Task List:
• Create and maintain a centralized, up-to-date task list or backlog in the project management tool (e.g., Jira, Clickup).
• Ensure tasks are clearly defined, assigned, and updated throughout their lifecycle.
• Monitor Production Schedules:
• Track the progress of all projects within the development pipeline and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify bottlenecks, risks, and dependencies, and escalate issues as necessary to ensure timely delivery.
• Facilitate Communication Across Teams:
• Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to ensure clarity of priorities and requirements.
• Organize regular stand-up meetings or status check-ins to review project progress and resolve blockers.
• Report and Document Progress:
• Generate and present progress reports, highlighting completed tasks, outstanding issues, and upcoming deadlines.
• Document processes and maintain project documentation for historical and reference purposes.
• Support Agile Practices:
• Assist in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives to continuously improve workflow efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a project coordination or similar role, preferably in a software development environment.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, ClickUp).
• Understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies is a strong plus.
• Organizational Skills:
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Communication:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical teams.
• Problem-Solving:
• Proactive mindset with a knack for identifying and resolving potential issues before they escalate.
• Knowledge of Software Development:
