Solar energy capacity, which includes both solar photovoltaic (PV) and concentrated solar power (CSP) technologies, has seen uninterrupted growth in the United States in the period of consideration. In 2023, U.S. solar energy capacity amounted to around 139.2 gigawatts, an increase when compared to the previous year, wherein the value was around 114.4 gigawatts.
