Your administrator has enabled 2-step verification for your account. This requires you to get verification codes from the Authenticator app in addition to your login credentials.
What kind of phone do you have?
1. Get the Google Authenticator app from the Play Store.
1. Get the Google Authenticator app from the App Store.
2. In the app select Begin setup.
3. Choose Scan barcode.
1. Enter your email address.
2. Enter the following key.

3. Make sure Time based is turned on.
Enter the 6-digit code you see in the app.
Logging in
You will now use the Google Authenticator app to log in to your SpringCM Account.
