Fondia is a disruptor in legal field. They reinvented the legal services with their human-centric and agile LDaaS (legal depart as a service) model in early 2000s.


Now they wanted to again accelerate growth and efficiency with the help of digital solutions and outstanding digital customer experience.

Our partnership has spanned from figuring out the future opportunities for improvement, into defining digital customer experience vision, crafting the services concepts and experience, and developing the solutions with modern technologies in agile manner.

 

The work is carried out in close co-creation across all Fondia locations in Nordics and Baltics.
