Sexual disorder is a psychiatric disorder in which sexual problems are considered to be socially atypical Have a potential to disturb meaningful relationship, And may result in insult or even significant injury to other people.
PARAPHILIAS
The DSM-IV-TR clasifies sexual disorder as either gender identitiy disorder or one of the following paraphilias. Paraphilias, also known as sexual impulse disorder. These terms refer to act or sexual stimuli that are outside of what society considers normal but necessary for some individuals to experience desire,arousal,and orgasm ( Sadock&Sadock,2008).
Exhibitionism
is an illegal activity that involves the intentional display 100% of the genitals in a public place. Almost 100% of cases of exhibitionism involve a man exposing himself to a woman. But now a days it occur in woman.
Some people with exhibitionism may experience deep shame Judge themselves by the same standard that society does and consider themselves perverts. Although exhibitionism is illegal, it seems to be done more for shock value than as a precursor to sexual assault or rape.
Causes Exhibitionism 1.From hostility toward women. 2.Timidity, immaturity, and passivity. 3.Psychological profiles of exhibitionists harbored ambiguous feelings about one or both parents in childhood or grew up in homes with a striking lack of privacy and modesty.
Symptoms 1. A repetitive, compulsive urge to expose oneself to strangers. 2. Deriving sexual excitement or satisfaction from self- exposure.
Treatment
a) Once learn how to do it correctly. b) Treatment usually combines several approaches. c) Treatment may include learning techniques to control impulses and manage stress and anger. d) Cognitive behavioural therapy has little to no effectiveness concerning this disorder. e) It can treated by appropriate psychotherapy. f) Serotonergic medication are effective in treatment of sexual paraphilias.

Since the cause is unknown, it is difficult to outline specific preventive measures. Improving self-esteem and social skills may remove the underlying need for self-exposure.
