    • Test Case
    • Previously referred to as a Test Script.
    • Test Scenario
    • A group of Test Cases that guide a user through a start to end business process. This will be
    comprised of cases from multiple functional areas.
    • Incident
    • Rather than marking a case as “Fail” we will be logging incidents to more accurately
    reflect the status of our Test Cases. Incident Types are split into two categories:
    I. Failure
    a. Data
    b. Error
    c. Security
    d. Warning
