    Motivation Letter
    • I joined CIMSA USU and I have regained interesting experience and new skills. And on 2nd semester I
    joined CIMSA FK USU Supporting Division as Secretary of SCORP and I gained more knowledge about
    how administration works in CIMSA, but not only administrations, I also learned how to manage projects

    • I would like to apply as Local Officer on Human Rights and Peace. The thought of being LORP came up to
    me when I was given the chance to be Project Officer of SCORP’s annual project, White Cane Day, and this
    opportunity helps me to grow and manage things even though I have never imagined leading anybody else
    beside myself.

    • I would like to be able to improve SCORP CIMSA FK USU projects to become more impactful for the
    society and gained more enthusiasm from other medical students especially in FK USU. I also would like to
    increase SCORP CIMSA FK USU members activeness, give them chance to gained more knowledge like I
    do as SCORPions and encourage them to speak up if they have ideas

    - OC dan member berinteraksi dengan Refugees yang
    ada di kota Medan ,untuk mengetahui aktivitas dan
    keseharian Refugees

    • Day With Kids: dengan adanya CHRT dari SCORP
    CAMP 2019, day with kids direncanakan untuk
    mengedukasi anak-anak usia sekolah dasar apa yang
    harus dilakukan jika suatu waktu terjadi bencana

    • White Cane Day: Acara tahunan SCORP USU yang
    akan dilaksanakan untuk ke 4 kali nya di tahun 2020
    diharapkan dari peserta usia sekolah yang berbeda
    yaitu siswa SMP

    • Misi 2 : Meningkatkan pengetahuan member tentang SCORP
    CIMSA
    1. Melakukan training 101 di awal periode setelah terpilih 5
    2. Memberitahukan di grup LINE jika ada hari besar menyangkut
    HAM & perdamaian disertai informasi singkat mengenai hari
    tersebut. 4
    3. Mengevaluasi kelemahan member berdasarkan SCORP progress test
    kemudian memperbaikinya melalui memberikan tambahan training
    khusus SCORP USU: SUPER (Scorp USU Upgrade Training). 4
