DEFINING PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION (PA)

PA is an abstract, subjective and dynamic concept. The scope of


PA and it understanding is so comprehensive, vast and greatly
debatable.

Given that there is no concrete and generally accepted


definition (Kernaghan & Kenneth (2010) in Aderibigbe &
Oluwafemi (2014)
