 Qatar Airways is the national carrier for Qatar.

 The  Doha-based airline emphasizes on comfort, great dining, the newest in-flight multimedia and audio

entertainment,  excellent service, and a portfolio of contemporary aircraft with an average age of little over five

years.

 With a fleet of above 200 aircraft, Qatar Airways offers service to even more than 140 important tourist and business

locations throughout the world.

 Qatar Airways is among the biggest and fastest-growing airlines in the world.

 Qatar Airways offers a wide range of services in the Middle East and Asia, Africa, the South Pacific, Europe, North

America, and South America.

 The company offers various services, including passenger and freight transportation, airline cuisine, first-class

suites, ticket bookings, and entertainment.

 The company provides its employees comprehensive health insurance, maternity benefits, and paid time off for

illness.

 The company is made up of various divisions like cargo, engineering, hospitality, and entertainment divisions

 The Company typically establishes precise metrics to monitor performance and guarantee the efficacy and efficiency

of completed sales.

 Some of their strateies aim to reduce expenses, increase market share, and fend off competition.

 The company maintained its flight schedules and comfort standards across all its classes to offer cuctomer

satisfaction (Fetais et al., 2020).

 They also have a very effective hiring policy. The hire fewe but more productive personnel and outsourcing

to locations with lower prices to maintain cost leadership.

 The company also establishes precise metrics to monitor performance and guarantee the efficacy and

efficiency of completed sales.

 The Airline has a flat organizational structure with minimal overhead costs and a lean staff akin to low-cost

carriers (Salloum et al., 2018).

 They invest in large aircrafts for business efficiency.

 The company has an IT division that enables the to provide its clients with various IT solutions and services.

 The Company's technological scope involves working on the ecosystem, sales, and software and hardware

development (Fetais et al., 2021)

 Qatar Airways recently developed a management system called KIS (Knowledge In-flight Service).
 Their airport has a centralized database that updates and keeps all pertinent information regarding daily flights,
yearly schedules, available resources, and other travel information, including payment information and flying costs
(O’Connell & Bueno, 2018).
 Qatar Airways employs ESP, an intuitive inventory tracking technology, to track all parts in real-time and offers
powerful analysis and automatic replenishment functions.
 They also employ "fly-by-wire" technology, which transforms the pilot's motions into electrical signals that the
computers utilize to control the flight controls.
Analysis of the Existing System

 Qatar Airways recently created a management system called Knowledge In-flight Service, or KIS. The

management system enhances communication between the company and its customers.

 Because of the MIS's adoption, Qatar Airways has effectively managed its personnel and customers (Fetais et al,

2020).

 The system combines employee and customer data on a unified platform.

 Over time, KIS has been improved to accommodate a new, user-friendly design, more jobs, impending services,

and escalating trends, aspirations, and needs (Fetais et al., 2019).

 The airline's crew is equipped to offer individualized customer assistance, producing a useful working product.
Evaluation and Suggestions

 The firm's operations are currently split into three categories: operational, strategic, and tactical (Karademİr, 2019).

 The customers of the airline are not satisfied by the current system.

 Integrating various systems from the market to support different management levels also shows various issues.

 The implementation should be able to keep up with new, creative ideas to embrace fresh, improved approaches to

service delivery in the aviation business.

 The key factors are the company's sensitivity to intense competition and ability to adapt to shifting consumer demands

and standards (Ali, 2020).

 The organization should undertake an industry assessment to select the best predicting technology.

 The system must also provide strategic support for making long-term decisions like buying more airplanes,

developing CRM, and setting pricing policies (Ali, 2020).

 Tactical-level capability should be added to the information system.

 Upper executives must have data at their disposal that helps them make wise long-term decisions to ensure

maximum earnings are attained (Salloum et al., 2018).

 The organization must consider increasing their quality and efficiency in predicting future market trends.

 They should invest in an efficient MIS for data collection from the areas of operation that the management is

currently interested in and arranges it into useful formats for decision-making (Karademİr, 2019).

decisions that further the organization's objectives.

 The corporation has expanded its fleet to fulfill consumer needs.

 The organization needs to invest heavily in management information system to streamline their activities.
