PPST Priority Indicators and Means of Verification:
Classroom Observable Objectives
Key Points:
1. There are 11 PPST priority indicators chosen as RPMS objectives for
SY 2020-2021.
2. There are 7 classroom observable objectives for Highly Proficient
teachers.
3. The performance indicators of these objectives are identified for
Quality, except for Objective 6 which has Quality and Timeliness.
4. Objectives 1, 5, 7 require MOV from a classroom observation.
5. Objectives 2, 3, 4 require supplementary materials as MOV.
6. Objective 6 requires evidence that show feedback to learners.
7. Only 2 MOV that show evidence of each objective are required for
the entire school year.
