Michael Bierut is a graphic designer born in 1957 in Ohio. He graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 1980 and completed an internship at WGBH in Boston. Bierut worked at Vignelli Associates for 10 years and has been a partner at Pentagram, an international design consultancy, since 1990.
