A long, long time ago, Allah S.W.T created the universe, the sun, the moon, and the
earth!
Then, Allah S.W.T decided to create the first human! Allah S.W.T sent the angels to
collect clay from earth. The angels collected clay from all different places in earth.

Then Allah created the very first man and
Allah named this man “Adam”.
Adam A.S was created with a purpose – to
worship Allah S.W.T alone.
Allah ordered all of the angels to bow
down (sujood) and give respect to Adam.
The angels obeyed Allah but Iblis
wouldn’t! Allah S.W.T asked him: “O
Iblis! Why did you not bow down with
those bowed down”?

Iblis replied: “I am better than him. You made me from fire and you made
him from clay”.
Iblis became very jealous from Adam because he thought he was better
than Adam since he was created from fire instead of clay

Iblis refused to make sujood and became from the disbelievers. And ever since then, Iblis
became the evil Shaytan and continued to disobey Allah.
Allah warned us to not follow the Shaytan so that we will be protected to enter Jannah.

Adam A.S lived in the gardens of Jannah. One day, he woke up and find a woman
next to him.
Allah S.W.T had created her from Adam’s rib. Her name was “Hawa”.
She was given this name because she was created from something living. Allah
S.W.T made Hawa to be a wife for Adam.

Allah told Adam and Hawa to live together in the garden; to enjoy themselves and to eat
whatever they liked. But Allah S.W.T told them that there was one tree that they were
forbidden to eat from.
Adam and Hawa lived in Jannah happily for many years. In Jannah, they were never hungry
and never thirsty, and they never got tired in Jannah! It was neither hot nor cold.

Iblis did not like how they were so comfortable living in
Jannah. One day, Iblis came to Adam and Hawa and tricked
them.
He told them that if they ate from the tree they would live
forever. So they forgot Allah’s command and ate from the
tree.

As soon as they had eaten from the tree, they realized their mistake. They became sad because they had
disobeyed Allah.
They had disobeyed Allah and immediately felt big regret! They were so sad and asked Allah for forgiveness.

But Allah is Ar-Rahmaan (the Merciful). He taught Adam and Hawa
how to ask for forgiveness. They said: “Our Lord! We have wronged
ourselves. If You do not forgive us and have mercy on us we will
surely be from the losers.” (Qur’aan 7:23).
So Allah accepted their repentance and forgave them because He is
At-Tawwab – the One Who accepts repentance.

Allah told them they must go down to live in Earth but He
promised them that they would be allowed to return to
jannah as long as they and their children obeyed Allah!
And then Allah told Adam that he would be the first Prophet
of Allah!

Allah SWT told Adam that many prophets would be sent to mankind, and if people
listen to the Prophets words, they will go to jannah!
Whoever doesn’t obey Allah will be with Iblis, the evil Shaytan! May Allah protect
us!

So then Adam and his wife Hawa
came down to live on earth.
This is how life began and how
generations started, as Allah sent
Prophets to all of them.
All of the Prophets would tell their
people: Worship only Allah! Allah
created you and He made all of the
plants and animals so you could eat
from them.

Apple Tree Craft

Materials Needed
Each student will need:
•3 pieces of green A4 paper
•1 piece of blue A4 paper
•An empty toilet paper roll
•5 Pieces of soft fluffy red or green pom pom to use as the
apples
•Scissor
•Glue

How to make an Apple Tree Craft?
• First, students need to cut a piece of green
paper for the grass. Make cuts down 3/4 of
the way to the bottom of the paper so it
makes it into a 3d grass. (picture no. 1)
• Glue the grass on the blue paper
• Next, students will cutting their toilet paper
roll in half.

students need to put some glue on the paper
where they want to put the leaves. (picture
no.2)

• They’ll gently crumple up the pieces of green
paper and add them to the tree as the leaves.
(picture no.3)
• Last, they’ll add their apples on the tree using 3
the glue. They can use red or green colored
pom poms, for the apples and then ask the
students count how many of each they used on
their tree. (picture no.4)
