The key takeaways are to train facilitators on conducting Heartfulness meditation workshops, introducing the practice of meditation in a phased manner, and importance of collecting participant data.

The objective of the Train the Trainer workshop is to develop the right understanding of Heartfulness and the correct approach to introducing the practice to new aspirants in a subtle manner.

The key aspects of conducting a Heartfulness meditation session are relaxation, meditation, cleaning, and prayer, with an emphasis on minimal talking by facilitators and letting the practice be experienced scientifically by participants.

The Planned Expansion
We expect from all our
functionaries and all our
brothers and sisters a
profound and sincere
commitment to contribute
fully to a planned expansion
one that is so important to
humanity, whose current
distress on so many levels is
saddening.
Babuji Maharaj, 29 December
Rev. Master speech excerpt from Lyon -
May 2015
We would like and ensure that the dreams of our
Masters are fulfilled.
Sometime in 1951, Babuji Maharaj received a message
from Swami Vivekananda along with Lalaji Maharaj.
Both supporting each other and saying yes, this should
be done and what was that?
The request was very simple.
That the entire world should know we exist at Sahaj
Marg.
We are here to teach them how to meditate and better
their life. It does not matter whether they continue with
the practice or not. If they do its fine but they should
know we exist for them

Unguided Meditation
Guided Relaxation

How to talk about subsequent introductory sittings
Experiencing Heartfulness
We need to fine tune the volunteers. We should
mainly focus NOT on knowledge but how through
this practice where there is no more exercise than
closing ones eyes and relax while allowing the
work supported by pranahuti to happen / unfold.
Heartfulness is all about heartfelt experiences
and not about mental jargon and heavy bookish
loads.

With Prayers to Beloved Master for His love and blessings.

Some Additional Tips

Sahaj Marg is the Path, Heartfulness is the approach

HFN is very simple keep it simple!!
Based on experience not on intellectual
understanding
Welcoming, heartful attitude non-judgmental,
openness
No rushing: Customised for each seeker, at their
pace
Different people in same group may need next stages at
different speed
Encourage them to practice on their own, in steps as per
Heartfulness Workshops &
Website

Seekers can meditate before being

introduced.
Seekers may join Satsangh(s) before
being introduced.
Seekers may be introduced in groups.
Seekers may be introduced remotely.
Heartfulness Workshop: 5
steps

1. Brief and relax the organisers and leader who

are hosting the function (where applicable).

2. The preamble address to the audience NOT to

exceed 10 minutes, preferably shorter. In the
case of college students, acknowledge their
academic achievements and professional goals.

In the second part, inspire the audience to
aspire for change from within.
Heartfulness Workshop: 5
steps

3. 10 minute meditation on their own after guidance

on how to meditate.
5-7 minute relaxation technique.
About 20 minute guided meditation.
4. Avoid Q & A If questions arise, answer 2-3
questions to gain trust and not to brush the
audience off. Ask for a couple of participants to
share experience if they are willing.
5. Scientific approach, comparing meditation without
then with transmission.
Heartfulness Workshops
Need for meditation or Heartfulness video
Short Introduction Scientific approach based on direct observation /
reproducible results.

Give them instructions. Meditate for around 10 minutes.

Meditation without Preceptor does nothing. Does not sit in front.
Transmission Ask them to note down observations

Preceptor / coordinator leads Relaxation, flows into

Relaxation -> meditation
Meditation with Preceptor conducts the sitting 1st introductory sitting.
Transmission Meditate for around 30 minutes.
Ask them to note down observations
Explain that this was a glimpse and we can meditate
Deepening your with them on next 3 days to deepen the experience so
experience that they can experience transmission when meditating
on their own.
Set up times for meditation over next few days,
preferably on consecutive days. Make it easy for
Follow up aspirant to be introduced.
