Collect Data is that part where they collect data from each user by IT Database. Like which package user is using much. How much they are talk and costs. When they are talking more

After collecting data they divide into small parts. Because there are huge amount of data, it is not possible to study them in one time. So, they divide it for do easier and more accurate.

Banglalink has a tem to do study on data. These small parts of data divide in tem members. They are study on data very welly.
