Mastery of Dominance: Brutal Blueprint

Goal: Become a Master of Dominance—total control over body, mind,

presence, decisions, and influence.

1. Physical Dominance
 Book: The Way of the Fight – Georges St-Pierre
 3 Actions:
1. Daily strength & conditioning circuit (push-ups, pull-ups, squats,
sprints)
2. Train one combat art intensely (boxing, MMA, Krav Maga)
3. Cold exposure / endurance drills (ice baths, running in rain, long
carries)
 Arena: Elite fighting or high-level competitions (MMA, underground
fights, tactical challenges)

2. Mental Dominance
 Book: The 33 Strategies of War – Robert Greene
 3 Actions:
1. Daily chess or Go practice (strategic thinking)
2. Situational awareness drills: observe environments and people,
predict moves
3. Deliberate high-stakes problem-solving (risk/reward exercises,
competitions, puzzles)
 Arena: Tactical challenges, strategic competitions, negotiation battles

3. Social / Presence Dominance

 Book: The Art of Seduction – Robert Greene
 3 Actions:
1. Posture, voice, and eye-contact training every day
2. Cold social exposure: walk into unknown spaces and dominate
interactions subtly
3. Identify weak ties; reward loyalty and remove disrespectful
people
 Arena: Social spaces with power dynamics—clubs, elite circles,
professional networks
4. Tactical / High-Stakes Dominance
 Book: Extreme Ownership – Jocko Willink
 3 Actions:
1. Compete in one high-stakes arena weekly (combat,
competitions, challenges)
2. Take calculated risks that others won’t dare (physical, social,
financial)
3. Control situations: lead groups, influence outcomes, dominate
negotiations
 Arena: Military-style competitions, elite contests, negotiation rooms,
or competitive ventures

5. Inner Dominance
 Book: Discipline Equals Freedom – Jocko Willink
 3 Actions:
1. Daily extreme discipline: wake early, train hard, plan every hour
2. Pain tolerance: cold exposure, sleep deprivation drills, controlled
fasting
3. Emotional control: meditation under stress, reflection on
fear/anger, deliberate exposure to chaos
 Arena: Life itself—the battlefield is everywhere; weakness is punished
everywhere

Bottom Line: - Train all five pillars relentlessly. - Dominate in one arena at a
time and expand influence. - Pain, chaos, and discomfort are tools for
growth. - Money, respect, and influence are byproducts of real mastery.
Next Step: Build a daily/weekly routine that hits every pillar—body, mind,
presence, tactical skill, and inner control. This is living dominance 24/7.
