This Penal Code is applicable to all roleplay scenarios under the Xlants RP community. It is inspired by
the Indian Penal Code and adapted for GTA V RP mechanics.

• All punishments are IC jail time (in-game months = minutes OOC).
• Repeat offenders may get double punishment or CK (Character Kill).
