Overview of the company

Prasuta was founded in July 2024 ,Taraprasad Patnaik ,Subhranu Patnaik .

Company intial motive to provide financial investment decisions easily accessible


,but due to the huge gap of information of financial education company had
decided to expand its businesss into education also so they have started in
education division also and started Prasuta Finschool also .

Companies main operational areas is segeregated into two part

 First one is into education purpose areas where company provide training
to the students or the one who wants to be financial literate , where
company provides different courses to the individual .

 Second is into investment area where company provide consultancy


services to the investor provide them every useful information so that
investors can easily rely on them and invest in their product like mutual
funds and Sip.

So the clients of the Prasuta are both students as well as experienced investor .

MOTILAL OSWAL

Motilal Oswal was founded in 1987 by Motilal Oswal and Ramdeo Agrawal .

Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd. (MOFSL) is an Indian financial services


company offering a wide range of services including retail and institutional
broking, financial product distribution, asset management, and investment
banking.
Motilal Oswal provides products and services related to equity trading,
commodity trading and investment advisory services, IPOs and SIPs investment,
portfolio management services, and mutual funds investment.
