LOCATION – KOLKATA
GENERAL SHIFT
QUALIFICATION – GRADUATION (ANY) 23-24

Exp: Fresher-1 year, with experience/knowledge in [Link], sql, sql query

Technical Support:

· Respond to user inquiries related to SQL queries and database issues.

· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SQL queries, data retrieval, and database
connections.

· Provide guidance on best practices for database management and query writing.

· Analyze and optimize SQL queries for performance improvements.

· Provide recommendations for query optimization and database indexing.

· Assist users in writing efficient SQL queries.

· Assist in maintaining and updating database systems.

· Monitor database performance and identify areas for improvement.

· Support database migrations and upgrades as needed.

Key Skills:

· Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of SQL, including complex queries, joins, sub queries,
and aggregate functions & Ability to analyze and optimize SQL queries for performance.

· Business Development: Experience in identifying business opportunities, generating leads, and


building client relationships in an IT-related field.

· Database Management Systems (DBMS): Experience with one or more DBMS such as MySQL,
PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or Oracle.

· Troubleshooting: Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in identifying and resolving


database-related issues.

· Scripting: Basic knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell scripting) for automating
database tasks is a plus.

· Tools & Technologies: Familiarity with CRM systems & IT management platforms.
· Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effectively supporting
users.
