10 Are the required tools available?
11 Are the beam bottoms of inverted beams fixed at right angles?
12 Are all the required cut outs and shaft openings in place and
checked for correct measurement?
13 Have the peripheral areas and cut outs been provided with the
sufficient cover blocks?
14 Is the release oil properly applied?

layers?
19 Is the right grade of cement and water – cement ratio been followed?
20 Are the markings on the column dowels done and a line dorl being used to maintain
correct concrete level ?
21 Have the admixtures, if any been added?
22 Has the slump cone test been conducted on fresh concrete?
23 Have test cubes been cast every 100cum?
