INDEMNIW BOND

This Indemnity Bond made & executed between Mls. ------ --. -—.
Pune (Con. No. ------------------) & the Superintending Engineer (GKUC), Maharashtra
State Elect. Distribution Co. Ltd., Pune. Here in after referred to as the MSEDCL which
term shall including his successors in office of the other part this date-------------.

1) Where as we are a consumer of MSEDCL & we have paid a sum of Rs---------/-


(Rs.-----------------------------------------------------Only) to MSEDCL towards Security
Deposit against energy HT bill. The details of Security Deposit is as under:

2) Where as the Original Deposit Receipt issued by the Company are lost in respect of
Deposit Amount mentioned above & so the company has executed this Bond Agreeing to
Indemnify the Company against any loss on account of second claim arising later on
production of the Original Document of in any other manner.

3) We Mls. - -- hereby state that in consideration of the MSEDCL


repaying to us the deposit amount after mentioned in cash/ by cheque.

4) We undertake to indemnify the Company against all loss & claims arising on the basis
of the original deposit receipt issued by the Company. If the company sustains any loss, we
undertake to pay the company the amount demanded within one month of the demand.
