2. Production items of the subject equipment are to be manufactured in accordance with either an approved
Production Quality Assurance system (Module D), a Product-Quality assurance system (Module E) or a
Product Verification Process (Module F). The wheelmark cannot be affixed to the product until a
conformity assessment module is in place.
3. Each item, batch or lot of the equipment is to be issued with a “Declaration of Conformity” and have the “Mark
of Conformity” affixed after a conformity assessment module is in place.

Applications/Limitations The maintenance of the extinguisher shall be in accordance with the
manufacturer’s instructions

This Certificate does not apply to equipment which has been varied
or modified from the system tested and specified above. The
manufacturer must submit modified equipment for consideration by
this Agency prior to any modifications being made to equipment
supplied to market..

This certificate does not entitle the manufacturer to place the EU

mark of conformity (Wheel mark) and Notified body number on the
product, unless conformity assessment Module D or E or F have
been carried out in addition to Module B.

period up to but not exceeding 5 years unless cancelled or revoked, providing the conditions in the attached
annex are complied with.
This certificate will not be valid if the manufacturer makes any changes or modifications to the approved
equipment or quality management system, which have not been notified to, and agreed with BRE Global Ltd.
Subject to compliance with the conditions in the attached annex, which forms part of this certificate, and those
articles 10.1(i) and 11 of the Directive, this certificate, in conjunction with the EC type examination (Module B)
certificate detailed in the attached annex, authorises the manufacturer of the equipment listed to affix the mark
of conformity (wheelmark) as detailed in the annex.
