Course: 3-Day Training on Project Scheduling
(1 Day Theory + 2 Days Primavera P6 Training)
Course Objective:
By the end of this 3-day training program, participants will
Understand Core Principles: Gain a solid theoretical foundation in project
scheduling methodologies, including Critical Path Method (CPM), PERT, resource
allocation, and Agile vs. traditional scheduling approaches.
Master Primavera P6 Tools: Develop proficiency in using Primavera P6 to create,
manage, and optimize project schedules, including activity planning, resource
assignment, baseline tracking, and progress updates.
Apply Advanced Techniques: Learn to resolve resource conflicts, level workloads,
compress schedules, and customize reports/dashboards

for stakeholder. communication.
Analyse and Troubleshoot: Identify and mitigate scheduling risks, troubleshoot common
Primavera P6 errors, and apply best practices to real-world project scenarios.
Deliver Results: Confidently design, execute, and monitor project schedules that align with
organizational goals, ensuring timely delivery and efficient resource utilization.
Outcome: Participants will be equipped to leverage both theoretical frameworks and Primavera P6
software to create dynamic, realistic project schedules that drive successful project outcomes.
