Circular for the month of January to June 2023

As the academic year comes to a closure, our minds and hearts are filled to the
brim. It has been a great year! Together we have learned much and shared
experiences that have enriched us and made us better human beings. Special
thanks to our parents who have contributed in ways small, large, and
unimaginable! Thank you for getting your ward to school on time each day and
helping them in the learning process; the partnership between home and school
is important.

We would like to thank our hard working and caring staff members who have
made a huge difference to our students. Their commitment is outstanding and
our students are the beneficiaries. Thank you for providing rich and engaging,
well - rounded experiences for our students and knowing that education is about
joy, wonder and fostering curiosity, along with the development of social skills so
needed to succeed. For these, and a million other things, we are truly grateful.

It was indeed a year of many activities and competitions which witnessed

enthusiastic participation from the students as well as parents.
All this was possible due to the dedication of our teaching staff as well as the
support rendered by the CEC members and the parents. Looking forward to the
same support and enthusiasm in the next academic year i.e., 2023-24 as well.
We would like to bring to the notice of the parents that the admissions for the
academic year 2023 - 2024 have begun from 3rd January 2023. We request the
parents to inform their near and dear ones who wish to seek admission in our
school for their wards. These parents will have to buy the admission form from
the school and would thereafter be informed about the date of interaction and the
further process of admission thereafter.

We hope you have a wonderful summer.

Important Note- Please note that you should refer this circular from 12th
January 2023, onwards and ignore the previous one as there are certain minor
changes in the dates and programmes which had to be accommodate based on
the availability of external agencies, upcoming events and competitions, where
the school does not have any kind of hold. We hope you understand this
constraint and cooperate.

School Fees for the academic year 2023-24:
Please note the structure of School fees and rules and regulations for
the same.

Other resolutions with respect to fee structure passed are as follows-

A. This fee would be applicable for the academic years i.e., 2023-24.

B. The fees can be paid by parents till 30th September 2023 except Sr.K.G. going
to Std 1 and Std 9 going to Std 10.

C. The parents will have to pay late fee payment charges from the month of
October. ₹ 1 will be charged towards late payment per day from 1 st October to
31st October. But if the parents fail to pay the fees in the month of October and
if paid later on any day after 31st October then a fine of ₹ 100 would be charged
everyday right from 1st October till the date fees are paid. This decision was
taken unanimously and thoughtfully by the LMC and CEC considering non-
payment of fees in a timely manner thereby leading to administrative hurdles.

D. Parents of Sr K.G going to Std I and Std IX going to Std. X will have to pay the
school fees on the day of Report card day and confirm the admission. They can
either pay the fees via DD or NEFT. If the school fees are not paid then the
student’s admission will not be confirmed by the school for the next academic
year.

Attendance is compulsory for all the students.
Students need to wear washed and ironed School
uniform. Sweaters and leggings should be avoided
on this day. Wearing the I- Card is compulsory. Nail
Paint should be removed. Girls and boys should
have a hair wash. Boys should have a crew or
military haircut. Girls who have their hair above the

earlobes can wear only a hairband, those who
have their hair below the ear lobe should tie two
ponytails or two plaits for which they need to use
white ribbons and bow and should also wear a
hairband. The school teachers time will be saved if
parents take the cognizance of this note and help
their ward to look neat and smart.
10 24th January 2023 Social Studies Olympiad.
Tuesday The exam timings will be between 2.00 p.m. to
4.00 p.m. The examinees must carry an extra tiffin.
Parents will have to pick up the examinees or
instruct the van kakas accordingly.
