Study Plan

My name is MD Jihad Hassan Jibon, a Bangladeshi citizen currently living in China. I was born
on August 10, 2004, in Naogaon, Bangladesh. I have completed my diploma in Mechanical and
Electrical Technology from Rizhao Polytechnic, and now I am planning to pursue a
Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management at Zhengzhou University under an English-taught
program.

Purpose of Study

My goal is to build a strong academic foundation and gain practical knowledge in the field of
tourism and hospitality. The tourism industry is one of the fastest-growing sectors globally, and I
believe that with the right education and training, I can contribute significantly to its development
in my country and internationally.

China has one of the most developed and organized tourism industries in the world. Studying
here will not only give me access to quality education and professional resources, but also allow
me to experience the culture and real-world tourism practices of a global leader in the industry.

Reason for Choosing China

China is known for its high-quality education system, modern campuses, and international
student-friendly environment. I have already spent nearly three years in China, and I have
adapted well to the lifestyle, environment, and educational style. I feel confident and comfortable
continuing my education here.

Moreover, Chinese universities focus not only on theory but also on practical learning,
internships, and research-based education. I believe this will help me grow academically and
professionally.

Study Plan

My undergraduate program in Tourism Management will last for four years. During this time, I
plan to:

● Focus on subjects such as international tourism, hospitality service management, travel


marketing, event planning, and sustainable tourism.

● Participate in school activities, workshops, and internships to gain real-life experience.

● Improve my communication and management skills through class discussions, group


work, and presentations.

● Learn about the tourism systems in both China and other countries to build a global
perspective.

I will also take time to improve my Chinese language skills to better communicate and integrate
with local society and future career opportunities.

Future Plans

After finishing my bachelor’s degree, I plan to continue my education with a master’s program in
a related field such as International Business or Tourism Development. In the long term, I aim to
work in the tourism or hospitality industry, either in Bangladesh or abroad, where I can apply my
knowledge and experience to contribute to the sector's growth.

Conclusion

I believe that studying at Zhengzhou University will provide me with an excellent academic
environment and help me achieve my personal and professional goals. I am committed to
working hard, learning deeply, and making the most of this opportunity.
