Regular cleaning is essential in order to ensure
problem-free operation of the coffee machine and to
ensure optimum coffee quality. Caution.

Chapter 7 Maintenance
Please observe that this is a professional industrial coffee
machine which needs regular maintenance and descaling.
Timing of descaling is calculated by the machine and
depends on the degree of hardness of the local mains
water and whether or not a water filter is fitted.
Descaling

9.1 Hazards to the operator
At WMF, safety is one of the most essential product

9.4 Directives
The machine fulfils the requirements of the Regulation
on Commodities, the EC regulation No. 10 / 2011 as well
as the EC regulation No. 1935 / 2004 in the currently valid
editions.

a hazard to health or other unjustifiable hazard.
