many others. It also affects our insights towards our personal development. So, now let us start discussing about the

As a student, there are a lot of things going on in our minds - a wide range of emotions, expectations, and career
planning.

1. Strengths and Challenges. A true student experience hardships toward studying. It is important to know your strengths
and weaknesses, to overcome the weakness and make it as a strength.
2. Preference, Passion and interest. In choosing your course or you career you should consider your skills, interest, and
your passion. It is happy to engage in a track that you choose with no doubts and hesitations.
3. Financial and employment. To reach your goals you must consider factors that can be hindrance in your career plan,
for example the worth of money because of the proximity the institution, are you financially stable to pay your tuition
with a higher amount? If not think about that.
4. Aptitude Skills. We should consider the aptitude, the ability to do something or your passion and your skills in
choosing your career. It is important to invest your time in a track that you had truly want and truly love.
5. Personal Relationship and Peer Pressure. We should not hinge or depend our paths in our friends, lovers just to have
accompany. Peer pressure may include also the expectations of your peers that does not match with your interest. It
could cause conflict if there is no conversation that would really help to resolve the knot.
6. Personality Traits and Characteristics. We should consider our traits, our characteristics because in a real world there
be more people that you will encounter, be matured and control your emotions when you have encounter toxic situation
or even people. It might get a conflict with regards to your attitude and the insights of others to you

1. Do not stop High School – continuous education is one of the key to success. If you feel tired about the setback that
you have been experienced that affect your studies. Find a way to continue you education. It will be worth it soon.
2. Finalize College Plans – Self-talk, self-analysis are good ways to resolve the knot in making your plans. Make a to-do-list
when you are entering to college life. Make your sure that you discuss your plans with your parents so that there would
be no conflict. Find a university that suits your course. Lastly, make sure of the course going to take in college.
3. Avoid Senior Slump – Although grades does not measure the ability or the intelligence of the person. Grades matter in
SHS so it’s better to give your best and aim for higher grades.
4. Challenge Yourself -n experiencing hardships makes you a better and stronger person when you face it.
5. Stay Involved – As a student, we should participate in extra-curricular activities that would really help us in enhancing
our skills and to develop our confidence
. 6. Strive for Balance – As time goes by our age adds up so ur responsibilities adds up too we should strive for the
balance and do not focus on one aspect only. Time management is a wise way to strive a balance life.
7. Set Life and Career Goals – the road to success is not an easy path just like the road it has humps also that pertains our
difficulties, hardships, and others but set your life in an optimistic way make your plans in career to reach your goal it
may help you to succeed in life.

1. Peer Pressure - most teens feel pressure when their peers ask them to do something that are uncomfortable for
them. Personal development is affected by being force by friends to do something that one is not comfortable of doing
it. To conclude this matter, Do not force someone if they are not interested and skilled in this specific course or career.
2. Geographical location – when one plans to go to college they usually go to their desired university. Some are moving
away from home to study. They attached to do the change even the travel takes long hours that made them exhausted
just to study in their desired university.
3. Responsibilities – growing up and maturing mean more responsibilities. However, responsibilities such as division of
work at home while doing schoolwork are factors that make us stressed.
4. School – One of the common stressor of students nowadays. They think that they must have to attain the
expectations of their parents and their teachers when it comes to their academic life which caused them to be more
stressed.
5. Environmental concerns – unforeseen events like floods, earthquakes as well as pollution cause by human action.
6. Financial Constraints – lack of funds to support college education can also have negative impact when it comes to the
students.
7. Health Concerns – entering adolescent stage, health becomes vulnerable in diseases, it might affect personal growth if
there is no remedy

2. Become Disciplined – be matured enough in making a career decision because we are not playing on the same ground
anymore. We should face the real world.
3. Develop Positive Attitude – we should be optimistic and view the problem as a humps in the road. You can get
through it all just be positive in life. Just believe God is bigger than our own problems.
4. Know Your Limitations – every student possesses limitations and difference in all aspects if those limitations are
recognized are physically in nature it should not be grow that will serve as to block the growth of students’ abilities.
