A. Evaluation of the Current Mission and Vision
Current Vision Statement:

C. Proposal on How the Organization Will Cascade the New Mission and Vision
In order to cascade the new mission and vision, the process begins with leadership
engagement, where directors and officers of Century Pacific Food, Inc. demonstrate their
commitment to the new vision and mission. A well-structured communication plan ensures that
all employees understand the changes through various channels.
Department heads and managers play an important role in integrating the vision and
mission within their teams, aligning departmental goals with the objectives of the organization.
Measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are defined to demonstrate how individual and
team performance contributes to the success of the company.
A feedback mechanism fosters open dialogue and employee engagement, while a
recognition and rewards system motivate employees to align with the new vision and mission.
Finally, the process is adaptable and subject to periodic review to address any challenges or
