Description: Road Marking Paint C. R is an acrylic based quick drying paint


modified with chlorinated rubber

Recommended Use: For use on asphalt and concrete roads, primarily for curbstones, speed
humps or other areas with

Theoretical Spreading rate : 2 – 3.5 Sq. Mtr. Per Liter @ 1.00 – 1.50MM DFT

Drying time:
Tack Free 15 – 20 min at 30 ºC. Recoating time 2-3 hour.
Flash Point : 40 Fº

APPLICATION DETAIL :
Application Method : By Airless or conventional spray /Brush/Roller
Thinner : Master Thinner

Thinning : As required

Cleaning : Clean all equipment with Master thinner.

TYPICAL SURFACES:

New Surfaces: The substrate must be sound, clean, dry, free from dust, oil, grease
and laitance etc. All traces
of release agents must be removed. On chalky and dusty surfaces, all
loose material must be
Removed by stiff bristle brushing..

Storage The product must be stored in accordance to national regulations. The


product should be kept in well-ventilated place, protected from heat and
direct sunlight. The containers must be kept tightly closed.

Handling Handle with care. Stir well before use.

SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENTAL NOTES:

First Aid:
In case of eye contact, flush immediately with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes and get medical
attention immediately; for skin, wash thoroughly with soap and water. If you experience difficulty in
breathing, leave the area to obtain fresh air. If continued difficulty is experienced, get medical attention
immediately. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting. Get medical attention immediately. If spilled, contain
spilled material and remove with inert absorbent. Dispose of contaminated absorbent, container and
unused contents in accordance with local, state and federal regulations.
