1. Measure your ingredients
2. Add sulphonic acid into 5 litres of water

6. Add perfume and dye when the bubble disappears
2. PETROLEUM JELLY 1KG FORMULATION
Petroleum Jelly 1kg
Castor oil 20g
Perfume 5g (sweet cherry)
Direction
1. Heat all ingredients in a melting pot
2. Pour into packaging
3. Let the mixture solidify
4. Close the packaging and put labels your product is ready for the
market
5. On perfume you can buy any of your choice
6. You can use glycerine in place of castor oil but castor oil has so
many
benefits to the skin
3.Shampoo/Bubble bath
1. 1.5kg sless
2. 500ml CDE
3. 400g salt
4. 250ml castor oil
5. 250ml glycerine
6. Perfume sweet cherry or strawberry or any of your choice

Direction
Put 5 litres of water in a 25 litre container
Add sless, cde, 200g salt
Mix well until there are no traces
Add remaining salt, water, castor oil and glycerine and mix well
Allow the mixture to settle until there are no bubbles and then add perfume
and dye
Bubble bath is made the same with shampoo what differs is dye and perfume
4.10 LITRES PASTE WASHING POWDER
INGREDIENTS
10 litres water
2. Sulphonic acid 3 litres
3. Sless 500g
4. Oleic 150ml
5. Sodium silicate 500ml
6. Perfume and dye of your choice
DIRECTION
1. Mix chemicals from 1-5 until there are no traces
2. Add 6 the following day

Directions
Mix sless and cde and 5l of water and 100g of salt and stir until traces

Direction
Put 5 litres of water into 25 litre bucket
Add sless sulphonic acid and caustic soda and a handful of fine salt mix well
until there arw no traces
Add the remaining water and salt and stir well
Add jik and mix well
Add bermacol until the required thicknesd is achieved
Allow the mixture to settle until there are no bubbles if so desired you can
now add dye you have to buy perfumed jik

1.Put 1kg sles in bucket.
2.. Add 5 litres water.

1. Put water in bucket.
2. Add Soda ash and Sles and stir gently

Leave products to settle for about 5minutes

11. GREEN BAR FORMULATION - COLD PROCESS
INGREDIENTS
1. 240g tallow
2. 160g soya sludge
3. 150ml water
4. 45 g caustic soda
5. Dolomite 50g
6. Soap stock 326g
7. Soda ash 24g

DIRECTION
1. Measure your ingredients
2. Dissolve caustic soda into water
3. Heat tallow until it melts
4. Mix all ingredients from 2 to 9 until the mixture becomes thick ..remove the
pot from heat and leave it to cool
5. Pour into moulds and the soap should take at least six hours to hardern

Method
Measure all your ingredients first
Melt beeswax in a clean pot.
Once it melts completely add olive oil and stir well

1st step
Prepare in a plastic bucket,caustic solution by pouring water first in a bucket then
slowly
add caustic soda into the water stirring gently until its clear
Note: Never to add water into caustic soda its dangerous..Always put protective
clothing
when making soap

Step 2
Heat tallow in a pot until it melts competely then pour it in a separate plastic bucket.
Step 3
Add sludge into tallow the dolomite then soda ash while mixing well
Step 4
Add those mixed ingredients into caustic solution stir well then add dye if you like
also add
perfume.
Step 5
Pour the mixture into soap moulds leave them to settle for 20mins or so
Remove from mould leave to harden for 2hrs
