Performing Arts Concert Festival Tim Rush has been a performing percussionist, teacher, clinician,
composer, and recording artist in Southeastern Wisconsin since
Friday, April 4th, 2025 2001.

performs for a panel of adjudicators. While not Originally from East Troy, WI, Mr. Rush started his musical journey as
most young musicians do, by joining school band in 5th grade. “It was
performing, each ensemble listens to other at that point that I knew what I wanted to do for the rest of my life,”
performances & critiques. he often says. As a teenager, Rush furthered his musicianship by
studying music privately, joining the Milwaukee Youth Symphony

Mr. Rush received his Bachelor of Music degree from Northern
5th grade Spring Concert Illinois University, where he was introduced to the National

FAMS Spring Concert Rush has performed throughout most regions of the US, and has
toured internationally, including Germany, Austria, Switzerland,
