This diligence includes the giving of oral and written instructions before, during, and after the activity which, if followed,
should guarantee the safety of my child/ward.

My child/ward and I concede that should he/she disregard or fail to follow such instructions, or should he/she act on his/her
own, or fail to exercise ordinary diligence to prevent injury or damage to himself/herself and/or others, or should the damage or
injury be caused by fortuitous events, we shall not hold the school or its administrators or the teacher(s)/adviser(s)/moderator(s)
in charge liable for whatever damage or injury he/she may cause to other persons and/or property as well as for those damages
or injury which maybe caused to him/her and/or any other person or property.
