CONTRACT APPROVAL/ACCEPTANCE:
The acceptance of this Quote certifies your approval and acceptance of the following statement - "Military Fasteners' terms and conditions supersede all
other requests or requirements."
PRICING AND PAYMENT: Pricing and availability are subject to prior sale and FOB is Melbourne, Florida. Quotes are required to be revalidated after
30 days. All first time purchases will be Credit Card. $40 minimum order. Part shortages, if any, equaling $25 or less will be refunded as payment or
remain as an account credit in lieu of replacement pieces.
CONDITIONS: Factory New (FN) MFG Certs, New (NE) MFG COC, New Surplus (NS) Company COC material will be accompanied by a
Military-Fasteners.com. Certificate of Conformance, and any other documents/trace when applicable. If you require specific documentation, it must be
requested before order acceptance.
ORDER CANCELLATION / RMA POLICY: Any order placed with and accepted by Military-Fasteners.com. can only be returned with prior written
consent and at the sole discretion of Military-Fasteners.com within (30) days of receiving goods. (ALL UNAPPROVED returns will be refused). All
returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
DELIVERY: Any order placed after 2:00 PM EST (In Stock Items), may not ship until the next business day. Delivery dates for NON-STOCK items are
estimates based on current backlog and are subject to confirmation at the time of order.
EXPORT: Any part(s) quoted or sold by Military-Fasteners.com and re-sold (to a third party) CANNOT be sold to a USA embargoed country, company,
