A)What the Fuck Is Healing, anyway? - Suzi Tucker
So-called healing is in the heart of the beholder. It is defined and paced by the client. It lives
in the context of the human who is looking for a hand not in the person who reaches back.
Bert Hellinger invited us to step into a central paradox: the client is the guide who
simultaneously seeks guidance. Standing with the client, I can look with them. I want to see
what they see. And yet, I am not afraid of what scares them, I am not hurt by those who hurt
them, I do not resent the ones who have disappointed them. In this way, I am free. I owe
neither loyalty nor compensation to the inhabitants of the client’s field. I can remain curious
and mobile. I do not search for “healing,” so much as note where there is greater or lesser
freedom.
In this class, we will imagine together … the ways in which we can help find room for
freedom to emerge, especially in fragmented systems. How “acknowledging what is” marks
the opening of fresh movement. How seed sentences infuse the field with new possibility.
How we so often become lost in dynamics and lose our way on the elemental level. How
waiting for others to change interferes with growth. And how breaking the dyad (of any
relationship) invites greater ease.
In this class, we will imagine together … a refreshed language with which to speak to
ourselves and to our clients: for example, addiction is a resource; stuck is a movement;
feeling numb is a feeling; disassociation is association elsewhere; anger is longing; and
more.
In this class, we will imagine together the extraordinary power of imagination.
As I see it, my job is to help clients to locate and then harness more freedom, whether just a
touch or a cascade. With greater freedom, healing will then be theirs to shape, refine, and
define.
B)How to include as the facilitator the potential of the 'group field' as the main
resource - Margarete Koenning
This experiential and interactive online workshop will focus on harnessing the
potential of the group as a primary resource, with a specific emphasis on working
with collective rituals.
During this workshop, we will explore innovative approaches to facilitate family
constellations within a group setting. The collective energy and dynamics offer a
unique opportunity to deepen our understanding and create transformative
experiences for participants.
Key topics to be covered include:
1. Understanding the power of the collective: Exploring how group
dynamics can amplify the healing potential of constellations.
2. Designing effective collective rituals: Learning how to create and
facilitate rituals that harness the energy of the group, allowing for
profound shifts and healing.
3. Group dynamics and facilitator presence: Exploring the role of the
facilitator in holding space for the collective, managing group
dynamics, and nurturing a safe and supportive environment.
4. Integration and debriefing: Techniques for integrating the
experiences of participants and debriefing collective constellations
to foster individual and group growth.
We believe that this workshop will provide valuable insights and practical tools that
you can incorporate into your facilitation practice. The session will be highly
experiential, offering ample opportunities for participation and interactive learning.
I look forward to coming together as a global community to explore the
transformative potential of collective constellations.
c) The Power of the Genogram in Constellations –Ursula Maria Bell
The Power of the Genogram in Constellations
Including the genogram in the work with our clients can start the healing process already
before the actual constellation or session.
In this workshop, Ursula will share with you how around 7 years ago she came to include the
genogram in her service and how it changed her inner posture as a systemic practitioner
since then. She will share some examples of the healing movements clients experienced
already before their constellations, include some exercises, and give space for questions
and answers around the topic.
Learning outcome:
- How are we connected as facilitators to our own lineages?
- How to use the genogram in constellations (group and 1to1 sessions)
- Pros and Cons of integrating the genogram in constellation work – experiences for the
facilitator and the client
- Genogram and blind constellations
Ursula Maria Bell
Ursula has developed her own way of facilitating systemic constellations and 1to1 sessions,
including the genogram as a fundamental aspect in her work with clients.
Since 2020 she offers her own training program with “The Art of Helping”. Through regular
CPD workshops, seminars and supervision she supports her trainees and everyone who is
interested in their personal and professional development.
Ursula is a Transpersonal Therapist trained in Viktor E. Frankl’s Logotherapy and Existential
Analysis, a Systemic Practitioner, and a supervisor for psychotherapists of different
approaches.
Since 2013 she has facilitated more than 700 constellations with participants of different
backgrounds and nationalities. She has practiced in Austria, UK, and Bulgaria and still
regularly visits Malta and Romania, and is working worldwide online.

PDF - Leslie Nipps
Learning Goals:
Students will learn 5 ways of adapted group constellation work to a
1:1 context.
They will understand the critical differences between group and 1:1
work, their strengths and weaknesses, and how to evaluate which
approach best fits a variety of client needs.
They will learn how client care changes for 1:1 and ongoing client
work.
They will understand how to develop a therapeutic alliance with
clients in 1:1 contexts.
B) Symptoms and Health - Ingala Robl
How to do Constellations for health and disease
C) Working with couples and developing intimacy - Judith Hemming
Judith will deepen this discussion on working with couples, if you didn't attend the previous
session, then reading the PDF you support you to join the session
D) Health and Energy - Elena Veselago
In this workshop, I will explain how our energy exchange works with other people in our
family, society as a whole, and also with nature. We will see what violates it, and how it leads
to weak health. I will show you the possibilities of constellations and field work, and how they
can be combined with conventional medicine as well as healing practices. The workshop
includes not only the theory of the topic, but also exercises for all participants and several
constellations.
E) Siblings - from Protection to Connection - John Whittington
Siblings - From protection to connection
Many people in the helping professions have strained, complex, or painful
disconnections with one or more siblings.
This is usually held very privately and can trigger feelings of guilt or shame. For
example: ‘I can help others but not my own sibling dynamic?’ / ‘Am I the only
therapist with this secret difficulty?’ / ‘How will this affect my work with others when
they come to me with issues connected to their siblings’?
And also raises questions, for example:
What is a systemic perspective on difficulties between siblings?
What can I do with constellations that support siblings to connect?
Should I work with siblings alone or at the same time?
Within this training unit, John will guide participants through an introduction to
working with sibling dynamics in a way that leaves you more resourced to work. In
particular, in his teaching and facilitation, he will talk about and model the stance,
principles, and practices of systemic work as they apply to this specific topic.
Stance, Principles, Practices
+ Stance
Just as in all work that’s held within a systemic frame, the stance of the
therapist/facilitator/coach is the most important. The combination of distance,
compassion, and the removal of judgment are of particular importance. Only in this
way can facilitators see the wider system and what may be present within it that
limits and resources siblings.
+ Principles
An understanding of the organizing principles of human relationship systems is
essential if you are to support siblings' move from protection and difficulty to
connection and more ease. In this session, John will clarify which principles are of
particular importance when working with siblings and how they can be introduced.
+ Practices
The practical application of visual mapping and the facilitation of that map – a
constellation are very effective when working with one or more siblings. John will
share the various ways he has worked with siblings in both one-to-one and workshop
settings as well as offer a practical experience for all session members.
This three-hour module offers an introduction to this important subject and a fresh
perspective on your own sibling relationships.
John Whittington
John is the founder of Life Love Leadership, a systemically oriented personal
development offer that includes training, workshops, and articles. He originally
trained, nearly 20 years ago, with Judith Hemming and other members of what was
then called the ‘Bert Hellinger Institute of Great Britain and subsequently with many
others.
He founded Coaching Constellations, now an international training company that
teaches systemic coaching with constellations in nine countries and four languages.
As he steps back from the teaching of systemic coaching and mentors the teaching
team to continue what he started, his focus has moved to designing and delivering
topic-specific systemic workshops and training in service of lasting personal
development and growth.
His regular teaching topics include looking at the hidden dynamics in relationships
with our Siblings and with Food, Money, Leadership, Intimacy, and Endings.

Module 4 - Unit 11
Friday, August 25
A) Constellations and the stories we tell ourselves - Julio Principe
Constellations and the stories we tell ourselves
In this workshop we will explore Constellation work to identify the stories we tell ourselves
and the stories we want to create, both personally and organizationally.
We will also share some findings from recent research linking Organizational Constellations
and Social Representation in business and the possibilities that emerge from this approach.
B) Exploring the Broken Mother Field in Constellations- Sarah Peyton
Constellations of traumatic and broken mother field
C) Radical Inclusion and the Chaotic Field - Yishai Gaster
D) Strategies as a Facillitator, most important skill or attitude to Strengthen
- Bertold Ulsamer
Strategies as a facilitator (2 hours)
Every constellation is unique and we can never know beforehand the direction it will take.
Nevertheless, at the beginning of most constellations I have an idea of the direction of the
solution. The solution comes from the basic principles of constellations.
What comes to your mind about this direction of a possible solution when you hear the
following cases?
- Client is the wife with a husband she cannot access. Her husband was a child of 5 years
when his father died.
- Client is the oldest daughter. Her father is almost 100 years old, alone in a nursing home.
He wants constant contact with the daughter, which overwhelms her.
We will share in small groups and share solutions in the large group.
What is the most important skill or attitude you want to strengthen as a facilitator?
What would you like to improve? (2 hours)
In small groups we find out what we still want to strengthen (courage, self-confidence, inner
peace, etc.).
Then everyone works on giving this ability even more space within themselves.
E) Facilitating by receiving the Energy of the Field ** Please see
preparation for the session - Daan Van Kampenhout
Facilitating by receiving the energy of the field
In this session we explore one specific element of the facilitation
process: welcoming and receiving the qualities/energies which are
needed in the field. This teaching session has some theory and
several practice moments with partners.
What students need:
- a photo of themselves or a personal object that represents
themselves.
- small pebbles that can represent ancestors who need
healing/support (a minimum of 15)
- additional small pebbles or small natural objects that can
represent ancestors and powers which can give healing and support
(a minimum of 25).
No wheel of the four directions is needed

In this workshop, I will tell you how love relationships develop outside of a couple, what tasks
they solve for all participants. We will look at how a relationship can be improved in a couple,
based on the tension that the triangle has brought, and what decisions can be made as a
result.
The workshop includes "theory" of the topic from the field's point of view, exercises for all
participants and several constellation

Module 4 - Unit 12
Friday, September 29
A) Family Constellations Facillitators Supervision (John) Ed Lynch
Supervision of Family Constellations and facilitators
The purpose of supervision in Constellations is to enable a facilitator
to become more aware, more present, and to develop more tools
and knowledge.
Some questions to enable the facilitator to become more skilled and
able are:
Is the facilitator working from presence and in touch with his own
soul?
Does the facilitator know how to work with the Orders of Love but
does not live them?
Is the facilitator easy with soul sentence making? These are some of
the questions directed to the person of the facilitator.
The supervisor would look at the facilitator’s ability to follow the
movements, and to determine the right place in the Constellation
for the facilitator.
Did s/he work with the phenomenological descriptive or the
analytical interpretive in the work?
Were the sentences from the soul or from the mind?
Were some of the reps. included or ignored?
Was the love underneath the issue revealed?
Where was the most attention directed? to the client, the
representatives or the relationship
Exercises and experiential activities are included.
B) What to set up? Finding the key leverage points in
your clients’ system. - Jane Petersen
What to set up? Finding the key leverage points in your clients’ system.
Every interaction you have with your clients can make a difference for them. Chairwork is an
often overlooked opportunity to improve your clients’ lives. Good chair work makes for
effective floor work.
In this workshop, we will focus on what to set up. The more precise and clear you are about
what you are setting up, the more likely you are to create a life-changing constellation with
impact for your client.
Bring your tough cases, cases you’ve wondered about, and your questions about choosing
what to set up and we’ll explore these together.
I will provide you some guiding principles you can apply when sifting through your clients’
performance of their issue in the chair, and time permitting, we may do some chair work
together in the workshop.
C) Constellation in an individual setting or online/ **
Please bring 10-15 sheets of paper, scissors and colored pencils. -
Marianne Franke-Gricksch
Constellation in an individual setting or online
How we can physically experience different relationships in a one-to-one setting or online –
and how is it possible through slight changes in position to establish relaxation – or flow of
love.
(Demonstrations, exercises, trance work, exercises in break-out-rooms)
Outcome:
The exercises show how important it is to be aware of the body feeling associated with a
relationship. Furthermore, by changing positions, they also enable us to realise how the
other person really feels.
It also becomes possible to experience, whether our inner attitude towards the other person
is appropriate from a systemic point of few.
D) Integrating Split Parts - Dragos Riti ( Daan Van Kampenhout is unable to teach
this session) - Dragos Riti
Dragos has kindly been able to step in and offer his wonderful work with Split Parts.
We wish Daan a speedy recovery and look forward to his offerings again next year.

“As creator of the Core Language® Approach, I’ve spent over 25 years observing how
language and trauma intersect—how patients’ presenting symptoms, specifically the
language they use, can lead us to the root of the issue, often to a trauma in the family
history or in early childhood. Uncovering our core language can free us from reliving
traumas that don’t belong to us.”
