healthy body. Some people just like watching sports. Generally sports are our
passion. So why? Sports have many benefits for the human body and human
chemistry. Sports feel good for the human brain. Brain releases dopamine
during exercise. And sport motivates. Also sports are culture for countries and
cities. Many government give importance to sport because sports are
happiness of the people
So Which sports are popular these days? Firstly, football. Football brings us
together. We are sad or happy with football. Because football is a passion for
many people. And football improves leg muscles. Football was so popular that
many world cups were organized. Secondly, basketball. Basketball allows you
to grow taller. Most people prefer basketball instead of football. Basketball,
unlike other countries, is very famous in the USA. Americans founded the most
popular basketball league ,the NBA. Third, volleyball is a team sport. Persons
learn to help each other in the volleyball team, also a pleasant sport on the
beach in the summer. Finally the important thing in tennis is balance. Tennis,
unlike other sports, develops all body muscles. Tennis makes you more
disciplined. Improves tennis reflexes.
Outdated sports, Boxing used to be popular for many people but not popular
now. But box develops people individually just not popular these years.
And golf is a peaceful sport for us, generally used to play calm cities but not
popular now. Another one is Horse race, horse race maybe least popular
among these sports. It was more popular previously. And formula sports
formula sports were passionate for racing fans. The many races were
organized previously and many people would care previously. Nowadays
forgetten.
