Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition to
lead our company's recruitment efforts. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for
developing and executing effective talent acquisition strategies to attract, assess, and
hire top talent for our organization.
This role requires a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, extensive
experience in managing full-cycle recruitment processes, and the ability to lead a team
of recruiters effectively.
Responsibilities:

 Strategy Development:

 Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company's
goals and objectives.
 Identify and utilize innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse and high-
quality candidates.
 Collaborate with senior leadership to understand current and future talent needs.

 Recruitment Process Management:

 Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening,

Qualifications:

and recruitment tools.
 Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and
