Empty Containers must be returned CLEAN and CARGOWORTHY to the above mentioned depot. If the container is returned within 8 calendar days,
(excluding national public holidays) from and including, the first day of cargo free time (Day 1 starting on the day of discharge including weekends),
the hire of the container is without charge. If container is returned after 8 calendar days, detention charges (container hire charges) will apply. For

Should a container not be returned in a condition specified above the Merchant will be charged for all associated costs unless the varied condition is
reported in writing to the Carrier's local agent upon the merchant taking delivery of the container.
