Thank you for registering your students for mathleague.org middle
school contest number 11533 in Houston on 2024-04-13. The
registration below is confirmed for this contest. You should receive an
email immediately confirming the information on this page; be sure to
check your spam folder if you do not see the email in your inbox, and
let us know if you don't receive the email. The reason you were asked
at the top of this page to save this information is because we do not
want you to lose this information if for some reason the email does not
reach you. You may need to show the confirmation email or a printout
of this page at the site to confirm your registration. Additionally, if you
prepay your contest fees, please be prepared to show your payment
receipt if necessary at the contest site.
If you have registered for an online contest, please make sure you and
your students review the information and follow the directions at
https://mathleague.org/onlinecontests.php so you are as prepared as
possible for the contest. There is very important information at that link
and you and your students MUST read that page and follow any
directions that are applicable; failure to do so may result in your
students being denied access to the contest or having their tests
disqualified.
As a reminder, you agree to the following terms by registering for this
contest. If you disagree with any of these terms, you must contact us
within 24 hours so we can cancel this registration; otherwise you will be
bound by these terms:
You are either the person listed as the registering adult below or
their authorized agent, and you acknowledge that listing someone
other than yourself as registering adult without authorization
constitutes fraud and could subject you, your students, and your
school to the severest of sanctions.
You have selected the actual school name that the students listed
below attend and understand that selecting a school that is NOT
the school these students attend constitutes an intentional act of
fraud and may subject every student you register to
disqualification and forfeiture of all registration fees.
As the registering adult, you assume responsibility for the
students listed below in conjunction with this contest, and are
willing to work with the school's sponsor and any other
chaperones or registering adults to make sure all students from
the school who are registered for this contest get access to
relevant information about this contest, as well as access to their
ID labels and returned test papers at in-person contests.
You have read and understood all mathleague.org policies and
procedures associated with this contest, including but not limited
to our Conduct Standards (http://mathleague.org/conduct.pdf),
and you will comply with the appropriate rules and do your best to
ensure that the students under your care do so as well.
In particular, you acknowledge and agree to our policy regarding
release of results and photographs: "Any student's name, grade,
school, and scores (and photos, if any are taken) could potentially
be reproduced on the mathleague.org website and/or through
other media. Any schools or individuals who wish to avoid such
publicity must contact mathleague.org prior to the start of the
contest for which they wish to opt out of such publicity."
You will not select a test language other than English unless you
have read the rules on our website about translations and verified
that the language will be available. If you select a language that is
not available, you will receive the English version by default.
Remember that in any case the English version of each test is
controlling and that any questions about the interpretation of any
content will be adjudicated based on the English version.
You and any students or chaperones whose email addresses you
give us will be placed on our mailing list, but you can unsubscribe
at any time after receiving your first email if you'd rather not
receive information about future contests.
