For New Volunteers
1. After applying for the volunteership you
will be interviewed for the same.
2. You are required to complete all the
modules of online PST (Public Speaking
Training) program, in given time limit
which will be evaluated by KMM
management.
3. Your presence for the Offline
sessions is mandatory.
4. All zoom training sessions
conducted by Naren are mandatory
to attend it live (online).
5. We look forward to your active
participation in AC meetings.

6. Schools may be allotted depending
upon your performance and matching
matrix of your preferences.
7. Volunteers are required to give all session
mocks.
8. Volunteers have to check the school
location, time and medium of language once
it has been communicated to them.
9. All volunteers are supposed to be
at their respective schools 30
minutes prior to their sessions, even
if they live across the street.
10. Dress Code: For Men = formal
trousers & in shirt, For Ladies =
Salwar Kurta / Saree.
11. Avoid taking session material to your
school session, unless it is an official
document / activity sheet.

12. As per new school norms Volunteers are
strictly requested to avoid sharing their
personal contact details, such as mobile
number, email ID or address. They should
share the KMM official number- 7721065000
and email id contact@[Link]
13. Volunteers are requested to check
with the KMM School Coordinator
whether we have the permission from
the school to take students photos or
video recordings / feedbacks.
14. Volunteers have to share these
photos & videos of students with KMM
@KMM
and tag KMM while publishing these
photos / videos on social media
handles.
15. All the school communication will be through
the School Coordinator. Volunteers should not
try to contact or meet the School Principal
directly, unless requested by KMM authority.

16. In case you are co-speaker, you will
have to give a combined mock with your
Speaker.
17. Prepare your school session according to
the allotted time limit.
18. In case you are unable to take a session,
kindly inform 7 days before to KMM admin
and your AC.
19. Share your session experiences on
your SC & AC groups.
In case the above code of conduct is not
followed, the committee reserves the right to
replace the speaker with immediate effect.
