PART II: Opening Program
JOVEN: Ladies and gentlemen, we are all gathered here to witness incredible
basketball teams who are tirelessly trained for this probably exiting, much
awaited and of course incredible sports endeavor.
AHRON: In line with this, we will be witnessing athletes from different teams
who are trained well and physically feet and ready for all the game battle
inside the court.
JOVEN: Pero alam mo ba partner, playing basketball is not just to be player
who is capable in doing dribbling, shooting that leads somebody to gained the
crowd. What really matters all the time is that, players should also be
knowledgeable in performing such discipline and ethical conduct, dapat may
respeto rin tayo, sa sarili, sa kapwa man lalaro, and of course kay coach. Hindi
ba partner?
AHRON: Tamang tama ka jan partner, pero alam mo ba na meron din tayong

JOVEN: Wooowww.. I’m feeling exited about what I have heard parner.

JOVEN: Indeed, I really see the vibrance and success of todays’ celebration

AHRON: To formally open our program, may we welcome and call on the

JOVEN: At this moment of time, let us all lend our ears to hear and inspiring
sport message coming from our Punong barangay. The hon. Jerold M. Pauig.

of the members of the Sanguniang Bayan ng San Mariano, the Hon. Jerimar

JOVEN: Now ladies and gentlemen let us now proceed to the introduction of
our tournament speaker, may I now call on our well rounded, flexible and
vibrant SK Chairperson, Ms. Kaycee Mingming.

AHRON: Ans SULO. The torch. Igniting a torch symbolizes guidance to each
player to have a warm and determined heart in playing. To light up our torch
may we call on Mr. John Dave Rapio.

JOVE: In line with this program, we also inclined beaty and elegance to light
