Executive Summary: In adherence to division memorandum no. 458 s,
2024 released on November 5, 2024 “Conduct of 2024
Division Kindergarten Festival of Talents, district of
Baroy South headed by our ever-active Public Schools
District Supervisor ma’am Amelita S. Bagol together
with our very own lead principal ma’am Hazel L. De
Guzman conducted the District Level Festival of Talents
for Kindergarten.
The festival aims to:
a. Provide kindergarten learners with
opportunities to showcase their creative
talents in arts, music and performances;
b. Foster a supportive and inclusive
environment that encourages young
learners to express themselves and

c. Strengthens collaboration among
educators, parents and the community in
nurturing and celebrating the talents of
young children; and
d. Promote appreciation for early childhood
education as a crucial foundation for
lifelong learning and development.

The trainers exhibited mastery of the topic and
expressed ideas clearly.
The trainers processed questions and responses
to deepen the learning. In addition, they were
sensitive to the participants’ moods and were
thus able to maintain a positive learning
environment throughout the training.
During the training, the trainer asked
stimulating questions to encourage active
participation of the teachers/participants.
Participants
Active participation is key to getting the most
out of this training. They were encouraged to
ask questions, share their thoughts, and engage
in discussions. The five-day training was a safe
space for the learning and collaboration of the
teachers. They were able to share experiences,
exchange ideas, and build professional
relationships that support growth as educators.
