The Joy of Music Festival 2024
by The Chopin Society of Hong Kong
Message from
The Honourable Sir Michael Kadoorie
Music has the ability to transcend time, inspiring and connecting all
My passion for music came from my late mother Lady Muriel Kadoorie, and
we shared a strong belief that music has no boundaries and should be shared
For CLP, the promotion of classical music is an integral part of our support
to local arts and culture development. I am very pleased to see the Chopin
Society’s “Joy of Music Festival 2024” bringing once again wonderful performances and masterclasses to music
I would like to thank all participating artists for their exceptional performances. I also want to extend my
sincere appreciation to Anabella Levin-Freris and Andrew Freris for organising and presenting the Festival.
Over the years it has provided an excellent platform for local young musicians to learn from great masters, and
This year’s Festival will certainly be another resounding success for the Chopin Society, and I wish you all
