1. Why do we, teachers, need to look into the learner’s development profiles as to:
1.1 Physical;
Answer:
The physical aspect of our learners is crucial, as it provides insights into their motor skills,
coordination, and overall health. These physical attributes can influence their engagement before
during and after the lesson, attention span, and participation in classroom activities. By observing
learners' physical development, teachers can identify potential challenges or strengths that may
impact their learning.
1.2 Socio-economic;
Answer:
By looking into the socio-economic status of our learners we can take note of their stability
when it comes to financial problems. During my observation and as I interviewed my resource
teacher, she said that there are students who struggles financially when it comes to contribution, what
she employed is that she gave them enough time so that the student can pay, what she said also is that
she do not want to force a student to pay since the Caraga Regional Science High School (CRSHS)
also has a voluntary financial contribution which from the word itself which is voluntary.

By examining the moral aspect of our learners, we can gain insights into their values and
beliefs, which are often shaped by their upbringing. If students can consistently distinguish between
right and wrong, it suggests that they have been raised in an environment that promotes moral
development.
1.4 Cognitive?

By examining the cognitive aspect of our learners, we can assess their ability to communicate
and organize ideas effectively. This includes evaluating their proficiency in languages such as
English, Filipino, or their Mother-tongue. We can also identify students who may require additional
support or enrichment opportunities, such as those who are gifted or have specific learning needs.
2. In the context of teaching-learning, why should classroom management/ routines be given attention
by the teacher?

Classroom management and routines shape a sense of responsibility and discipline, which
students can apply to real-life situations. As future educators, we must pay attention to these aspects
to effectively structure our classroom environments. By involving students in creating classroom rules,
we empower them and foster a sense of ownership. This collaborative approach ensures that students
agree with and adhere to the established guidelines.

Personal qualities embody of how the teacher acts as a model to others to follow this includes
being punctual, being creative when it comes to designing teaching-learning activities that would
pique the student’s curiosity as well as measure students learning to the lesson. Additionally, being
able to communicate well and being empathetic is a necessary personal quality that a teacher should
embody. With the aforementioned personal qualities, they show a relevance of how noble being a
teacher is.
