by HSIIDC in the name of Jasbir Deswal S/o Sh. Sube Singh vide Regular Letter of Allotment (RLA/)
Re-allotment letter dated 01.03.2016 under R& R policy-2007.
2. That I/We have made complete payment towards full tentative cost of the plot including
Enhanced cost, if any, maintenance/water/sewer charges and noting is outstanding as on date and
conveyance deed of the plot has already been executed in my/our favor on 01.12.2023.
3. That I/We have now sold the aforesaid plot thereon to Ravi Rohaj S/o Sh. Rajender Parsad,

4. That I have made a request to HSIIDC for transfer of plot on the prescribed application form
and have no objection to HSIIDC transferring the allottee rights of the captioned plot in favor of Mr.
Ravi Rohaj S/o Sh. Rajender Parsad, R/o H.N. 905, Ward – 12, Dev Colony, near Jat College,
Rohtak. I / We also undertake to deposit the requisite transfer fee, any other charges as levied by
HSIIDC for transfer of plot and would comply with all other terms & conditions of provisional transfer
with the subscribed period.
5. That the provisional permission to transfer the plot by HSIIDC shall only be technical
permission required as per terms of allotment and shall not absolve the depondent (s) from any other
clearance required from any of the authorities under any other Act (s), whatsoever, and the HSIIDC
shall in way be responsible for any violation of any Act(s) applicable from time to time.

UNDERTAKING FROM THE PURCHASER

Township Rohtak allotted under R& R policy-2007 from Mr. Jasbir Deswal vide agreement to sell

2. That I undertake to unconditionally pay the dues of the Corporation related to the previous
period before transfer and also the future dues as and when demand is raised by the Corporation, without
and dispute & delay.
3. That I/We undertake to comply with all the rules and regulations of HSIIDC as applicable on
said plot from time to time including terms & conditions of provisional transfer, R & R policy and
Estate Management Procedures of HSIIDC, as amended from time to time.
4. And whereas the Regular Letter of Allotment of this plot/shed was issued by the Corporation
any additional price of the aforesaid plot/shed as a consequence of enhancement in compensation that
has been/may be awarded by the Court (s), in any matter thereto, shall be payable by the transferee
allottee, as and when demanded by the Corporation.
5. That I/We undertake to comply with the relevant building bye laws of HSIIDC as well as Town
&Country Planning Department, Haryana and would not violate the same at any point of time. I/We
further undertake that in case any increase in FAR is required at any stage, I/We would approach field
office, HSIIDC who will consider my/our request for any such increase on merits and provisional
permission to transfer in any way will not entitle me/us any such increase in FAR.
6. Provided further that the 25% of built up area of the building or upto 50sq. mtrs, whichever is
less, can be used for non-nuisance professional consultancy services, after getting permission from
Competent Authority in Writing. The applicant shall apply for specific use of consultancy services
mentioned in Code 2(1)(lix) in Form N-I along with fee as mentioned in Schedule IV-A of the Haryana
Building Code-2016.
