My name is Dr. Projit Basu (Doctorate in Health and Safety), residing at9/2lLA
Ashutosh Chatterjee Road, Dhakuria, Kolkata -7m031 My Ph- No:882008A496,
my adhaar No. 469995375058. I am constantly receiving SMS from Axis Bank
regarding Two Credit Card ending with 0919 & 1003 for overdue and purchase,
however both these cards doesn't even belong to me, somebody has stolen my
adhaar details along with ph. No. and photo, to conduct this fraudulent activity
and now it is reflecting my credit score. Due to my Job profile I have to provide
my adhaar card, photo and mobile no. at many places. According to the ba*k
customer care and credit bureau, I am filling this complaint, which I have to
submit to the bank as well as the credit bureau, so that they can take action. lt
is my sincere request you to accept my General Dairy, so that I can submit the
GD to bank and credit bureau for their further actisn.
