We are pleased to extend to you an offer of employment for the position of Wealth
Coordinator in J Shiv Devcon Pvt. Ltd. You experience and skills will be an ideal match for

*Position: - Wealth Coordinator
*Work Location: - Indore
*Salary: - 20,000 (With Target)
The first month's salary will be disbursed without a performance target.
. Subsequent months will be subject to target-based performance criteria for
. salary release.
*Incentive: - An incentive of 1% will be awarded for each investment made in the company.
Incentives will be disbursed upon the successful completion of designated targets
*Target: - Generate an investment amount of 2 Lakh per month.
Role Description: -
Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Wealth Executive to join our
team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads and acquiring investors for our
company. This role involves conducting presentations, meeting with potential clients, and building
strong relationships to drive investment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate potential investors through various channels,
including networking, referrals, and industry events.
Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase our
investment opportunities and value propositions.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and
potential investors to ensure satisfaction and ongoing engagement.
Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, investment strategies, and competitor
offerings to effectively position our services.
Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective
strategies for attracting new investors.
Reporting: Track and report on lead generation activities, investor interactions, and sales
outcomes to ensure alignment with company goals.

acceptable, please contact me immediately.
Terms & Conditions:
1. Without two days prior notice no leave will be granted.
2. Saturdays & Mondays are not eligible for getting a leave, otherwise Sundays will also have
a deduction in Salary If taking Leave without Informing.
3. No emergency leave will be granted until proofs given.
4. No resignation will be acceptable before 1 year. If you wish to leave the organization, you
may have to lose the latest month’s Salary with incentives or There will be 30days Notice
Period.
